On the day of check-in, the Community Manager will welcome you and ask you to sign the handover report. They will then guide you through the building, starting with the shared areas and continuing to the fitness area and coworking space. The tour will end at your apartment, where you will be given your keys. From that moment on, you can begin enjoying the unique living experience offered by Torre Richard.
On the day of check-out, after you have removed all your personal belongings from the flat, you will hand the keys back to the community manager. Together you will carry out a final inspection of the property to identify any critical issues or damage. A joint document will be drawn up stating what has been found and, if necessary, you will then receive a damage assessment for possible reimbursement.
