Access to, consultation and use of the pages of this website Torrerichard.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A., with registered office in Milan, via San Paolo n. 7, VAT number 08567741007 (hereinafter referred to as “Savills”), implies that the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or, in the plural, the “Users”) fully accepts and undertakes to comply with the terms of use set out below. These terms are available in Italian and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Italian version shall prevail.

Savills reserves the right to modify, as necessary, terms of use below, informing Users adequately via the Website itself.

Under no circumstances shall Savills be held liable for damages of anynature caused directly or indirectly to Users by accessing the Website, by theinability or impossibility of accessing it, or by the use of the news and information contained therein.

1. Usage of the website’s content

Contents of the Website – comprehensive of data, news, information, images, charts, drawings, brands and domain names – are exclusively owned by Savills and/or licensed to the latter and protected according to the relevant legislation in Intellectual Property Law (L. 633/1941) and Industrial Property Law (D. Lgs. 30/2005- Italian Industrial Property Code).
The User is not entitled to have any license or usage right regarding the Website’s Contents; therefore, the User is not authorized to modify, publish, transfer, share, grant use of, reproduce, re-elaborate, distribute, execute, give access to or commercially exploited in any way the Website’s Contents.
Savills has the faculty to modify the Website’s Contents at any given time and in their own terms, without notice.
Savills is exempted of any responsibility for hypothetical mistakes, inaccuracies, shortcomings, omissions present in the published Content on the Website, if produced by third parties to which Savills has thrusted based on a variety of titles.

2. Reserved area

In order to access the Reserved Area of the Website, the User must create a personal account via the registration page, providing the personal data as set forth in the Privacy Policy[PPZ1.1]. Upon successful registration, the User will receive login credentials. [PPZ2.1]In this regard, it should be noted that the User is fully and individually responsible for the proper safekeeping of the aforementioned credentials.
The User shall immediately notify Savills of any unauthorised use of their Reserved Area.

3. Property booking service

The Website allows the User to reserve an apartment for 48 hours, during which it will not be visible or available on the Website (hereinafter, “Reservation”). If the rental proposal is not finalised within 48 hours, the reserved apartment will once again be visible and available on the Website. It will only be possible to reserve one apartment and only once. For the purposes of the Reservation, you will be asked to enter your credit card number and the amount indicated on the Website will be verified on that card. Only then will it be possible to reserve the apartment. Following the Reservation, the indicated amount will be blocked and, as a result, will not be available on your credit card for 48 hours. At the end of the 48-hours reservation period, whether or not the rental proposal is finalised, the blocked amount will become available again according to the contractual terms defined by the User’s bank. In either case, there will be no charge.

4. Rental proposal service

The Website allows the User to formulate a rental proposal using the given section on the Website.
In order to complete the rental proposal, the User shall insert Personal Data which will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at this link.

5. External link

The inclusion of links to external websites does not imply on the part of the Website any kind of approval or agreement with regard to the legitimacy, completeness and accuracy of the information contained in those websites.

Savills is in no way responsible for the content of any other website through which the User has reached the Website by means of hypertext links and/or the content of websites accessible through the Website itself by means of hypertext links, nor for any loss or damage suffered by the User for any reason as a result of accessing websites to which the Website is linked in any way.
